BSF at the 27th Congress of the Greek Orthodontic Society & the Orthodontic Society of Northern Greece

The Better Smile Foundation proudly participated in the 27th Congress of the Greek Orthodontic Society & the Orthodontic Society of Northern Greece, co-organized by the Cyprus Orthodontic Society and with the participation of the Hellenic Professional Union of Orthodontists, held from November 30 to December 1, 2024, in Athens, Greece. This year's program encompassed a wide array of topics and addressed the challenges orthodontists face in their daily practice. Keynote speeches were delivered by distinguished colleagues such as S. Chaushu, D. Drescher, S. Kalfas, G. Kanavakis, P. Madianos, S. Meštrović, F. Naini, E. Papazoglou, V. Psarras, A. Rontogianni, N. Spyropoulos, G. Theodoridis, and JC Pérez-Varela. We are especially honored that Professor S. Gizani and Professor W. Papaioannou, esteemed members of our Scientific Committee, played significant roles in the Congress, contributing their expertise and insights with their speeches “The synergy of Paediatric Dentist and Orthodontist” and “Clinical guidelines for the orthodontic treatment of patients with advanced periodontitis” respectively . During the event, we engaged with pioneers in the dental field, exploring innovative approaches and potential collaborations to further promote our mission: raising awareness about prevention in oral health. The Congress not only provided valuable knowledge through its comprehensive presentations but also fostered meaningful connections that will help us advance preventive strategies in orthodontics and dentistry as a whole. This enriching experience has reinforced our commitment to creating a healthier future, and we look forward to implementing the insights gained to benefit our community.
